ALL IS CONSCIOUSNESS. WE ARE CONSCIOUSNESS
BodyTalk is a Consciousness-based Therapy
No area of your life will remain untouched positively.
Reduce stress, and manage life's challenges more easily.
Unveil great wisdom, deeper awareness, and understanding of life, self, and others.
CONSCIOUSNESS IS ALSO WHAT WE THINK AND FEEL
When we are attached to the mind and its whims, what we think, feel, and believe affects our health, relationships, career, and life.
Our life is more enjoyable if we hold a positive belief. If we have a negative, angry, or fearful view, our life will probably be more difficult.
Consciousness creates our lives, whether consciously or unconsciously. BodyTalk can address and shift unconscious beliefs, therefore, shifting your life.
CONSCIOUSNESS IS INDIVIDUAL AND UNIVERSAL
THE NATURAL ANIMATING FORCE OF THE UNIVERSE
Plants, ecosystems, animals, the earth, sunset, sunrise, the sun and moon, your body, and your mind have individual consciousness.
Consciousness is the natural intelligence of the universe.
BodyTalk places consciousness at the center of the therapy. Natural consciousness is your heartbeat, breathing through your lungs without thinking about every little process.
Psychology, the Conscious
Place of Birth
Consciousness is our thoughts, emotions, ideas, joy, sadness, and personal perceptions of the events in our life. For example, one event will lead one person to depression; for another, the same or similar event can give them strength. It depends on their consciousness. A child has a different consciousness than a teenager, a college student, someone in their '20s, 30's, 40's, and the later decades.
Physiology is also part of the natural consciousness of the body. The body knows how to keep you alive, and the body depends on healthy communication to conduct various synchronized biological and biochemical activities to keep you healthy.
There are various levels of consciousness, the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual. BodyTalk taps into your body-mind's consciousness at all levels rather than seeing you as a one-dimensional physical and compartmentalized being.
Consciousness is also acquired from where we were born, our culture, customs, and beliefs. We shift our consciousness as we grow, affected by the education we receive and the experiences we live, and we also interpret them. The environment plays a significant role in the development of our consciousness. The environment we grow up in and how it affects our health is part of the science of Epigenetics, which we can also address in BodyTalk.
