It was in 2001 that my journey into the passionate study of consciousness began. This path has enriched my experience of life, as I strive to nurture and embody my personal healing every day. "Embrace what life has to offer. It is the way of understanding which leads to ultimate freedom."

It has been an inspiring and at times challenging, yet irreplaceable journey of learning and growing—one that I now have the privilege of sharing with my patients/clients, primarily through the BodyTalk System.
