One Person Can Make a Difference

Meet Emilie Pohl de Bondanza, a true guardian angel for street dogs in El Salvador. For over a decade, she has tirelessly rescued and healed countless dogs in marginalized communities. I am honored to support her mission.  

 

She does this all from the heart, without pay, and hopes to keep it that way.

Inspired by her work, I created a website to support her cause.

Emilie’s Six Wings of Care:

• Food: Always stocked with Purina, she feeds those she can’t immediately rescue.

• Healing: Works with Dr. Marvin Smith Rivas at Veterinary MARVET to treat the sick.

• Shelter: Provides temporary veterinary care and housing.

• Prevention: Spays females to curb overpopulation.

• Adoption: Finds loving homes whenever possible.

Sadly, some dogs return to the streets due to a lack of adoptive families and shelter costs. But Emilie never stops caring—these dogs still wait for their daily meal from her. Through GoFundMe and direct donations, both local and international donors make this possible. Sometimes, the doggies even receive BodyTalk Sessions for extra healing.
